Communications & Community Manager

Our mission is to make people more fulfilled at work. We rely on coaching to bring this mission to life within organizations. Since 2016, we have been offering a platform with a global pool of coaches to expand coaching offerings within companies.


We are one of the pioneers in Europe and collaborate with enterprises such as ASML, Atos, BASF, Capgemini, NTT Data, Merck or Telekom. Our specialized team consists of 40 employees. Your scope of responsibility

  • Create engaging content that stays on message, on brand, and consistently reflects our tone and voice across channels and mediums, e.g. blog, digital events and social media.
  • Editorial planning, ideation, strategizing and execution of communication measures.
  • Community: Help to build and nurture a vibrant community of coachees, coaches, company representatives and other stakeholders, liaising with other departments.
  • Experience in graphic design or audio and video content creation is a plus.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Track record of creating content and effectively managing communication projects.
  • Proficient in digital communications, relevant channels, and content creation.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written & spoken, at least C2 level), fluency in German is a plus.
