In this webinar we brought together HRD professionals, coachees, and coaches for an honest and open exchange on coaching in different organisational contexts.
We presented the company case of Deutsche Telekom with two impulse keynotes – one from the strategic, administrative perspective and one from the coachee/coach perspective – followed by an interactive, moderated discussion between speakers and participants.
Based on the Telekom case, in this webinar we discussed:
- How to build one leadership team and a trustful work environment
- How to walk the talk and lead by example
- Why one size might not always fit all
- How leaders can best balance customer expectations and employee satisfaction
