Senior Developer (Ruby On Rails)

Create the work schedule you prefer by work remotely from home (or elsewhere!).

Balance

Work 9-5 without overtime and receive 30 vacation days per calendar year. You won’t be seeing people online late in the evening.

You will regularly receive, and be able to give, comprehensive and appreciative feedback. We also provide free coaching and meditation subscriptions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong knowledge in Ruby on Rails with at least 5+ years of work experience.
  • Extensive experience in Unit Testing using RSpec. Knowledge in Jenkins is a plus.
  • Strong experience in using front-end technologies such as JavaScript and AJAX. Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 and React JS is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in GraphQL API.
  • Experience in database management for MySQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge in integrations of third-party tools and applications such as Azure, OKTA, SAP Ariba, etc.
  • Experience in deployment tools such as Capistrano and Heroku. Knowledge in Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices such as version control (e.g., Git), and code review.
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, Linear, Nuclino or Notion. Knowledge in Figma, Webflow is a plus.
  • Fluency in English. You are also comfortable working remotely in Central European Time work hours.
