France Hultermans-Ghijsen has over 25 years of experience in the HR domain. The majority of her career she spent at ASML in various roles; from being an HR Business Partner, to Leadership Development Expert, to Global Program Manager Coaching. Next to that she is a professional coach (ICF PCC), trained team coach, and mother of 2 teenagers.

Markus Veith is co-founder and Managing Director at bettercoach. A serial entrepreneur and since a few weeks also a first time dad, he is passionate about the question what makes good leaders.
